Requirements
Becoming an IP Access International VAR is easy for experienced local providers.
- Reseller is a Single Point of Contact and provides Tier One support, whereas we provide Tier Two support to your Network Operations Center
- Reseller purchases one demo/confidence site for his location to monitor and troubleshoot with his clients before contracting the Tier Two NOC
- Reseller receives funds, the difference between the IPA price to the reseller and the actual price sold to the client by the reseller
- Reseller is responsible for installation of VSAT equipment and maintaining skill set of their field installers up to date
- Reseller must be committed to lead with IPA products for a period of two years
- Reseller must be committed to network and customer service excellence

IP Access International provides our VARs with the opportunity to get top of the line training at our Network Training Center to start selling and installing with confidence.
- Two days of comprehensive training for two individuals, held in Petaluma, CA (VAR is responsible for travel expenses and registration fee)
- Reseller learns Operations training, including hands-on installation training
- Reseller learns billing and provisioning training and use of IP Access system tools — Customer View Portal Subscriber Management System, IP Access Network Watch and IP Trouble Ticket System
- Reseller is offered top of the line Inclinometer, Bird Dog and Compass tools
