Fleet Connectivity Solutions

Keep your fleet connected. Wherever the work takes you.

Your vehicles are more than transportation. They are workspaces, response platforms, and a connection between field teams and the people supporting them.

IP Access International brings multi-carrier cellular and LEO satellite together through SuperGIG™ to support operations on the road, at the jobsite, and on scene.

Built Around Your Operation

The route changes. Your need for connectivity doesn’t.

A fleet can move from a busy city corridor to a rural service area in a single shift. Build your connectivity around the routes, applications, and conditions your teams actually encounter.

Public safety & emergency response

Support fire apparatus, ambulances, command vehicles, and law enforcement teams using dispatch, mapping, patient care platforms, and field communications.

Utilities & field service

Give crews access to work orders, infrastructure records, inspection tools, and remote support during routine maintenance and restoration work.

Commercial & industrial fleets

Connect service vehicles, construction teams, and remote operations with the tools they use for scheduling, reporting, coordination, and equipment support.

Powered by SuperGIG™

Multiple networks. One managed connection.

SuperGIG™ blends available network paths in real time. A fleet configuration can combine multiple cellular carriers with Starlink or Eutelsat OneWeb, depending on the vehicle and operational requirements.

Explore SuperGIG™

A coordinated network for every vehicle

  • More network paths: Access multiple cellular carriers and add satellite where needed.
  • Real-time blending: Use available connections based on network quality.
  • Single static public IP: Simplify VPN access and network security policies.
  • One support team: Get deployment and ongoing support from IP Access.
Connected Fleet Applications

Keep the tools your teams depend on within reach.

Start with the applications that matter most, then design the vehicle network to support their bandwidth, access, and security needs.

Dispatch & location

Connect mobile data terminals, CAD, AVL, route mapping, and field status updates.

Work orders & cloud access

Help crews retrieve job details, submit reports, and access approved business systems from the field.

Voice & radio extension

Support compatible radio-over-IP and broadband push-to-talk systems as part of your communications design.

Video & remote assistance

Enable field video, remote troubleshooting, and a clearer view of conditions at the scene or jobsite.

Connected patient care

Give ambulance teams connectivity for patient information, care coordination, and supported telehealth workflows.

Vehicle & on-scene Wi-Fi

Connect authorized laptops, tablets, and nearby personnel through a network designed around your access policies.

Keep the radio, extend the reach.

For fleets using land mobile radio, IP connectivity can support compatible interoperability systems that extend communications beyond traditional tower coverage. We help you plan the gateway, integration, and network together.

Deployment Options

The right setup for each role in your fleet.

A supervisor’s SUV, a service truck, and a mobile command center have different requirements. Standardize where it makes sense and tailor equipment where the mission calls for it.

Cellular-first vehicles

Use a multi-carrier gateway for everyday routes, connected applications, and vehicle Wi-Fi. Plan satellite integration when additional coverage is required.

Cellular + LEO installations

Pair a vehicle gateway with a suitable low-profile satellite terminal for teams working across cellular coverage gaps and remote locations.

Portable & command kits

Bring connectivity into temporary workspaces, incident posts, and field operations with deployable gateways, satellite equipment, and portable power options.

Satellite operation while moving requires compatible terminals, mounting, and service plans. Coverage and performance depend on available networks, sky visibility, installation, and operating conditions.

From Planning to Daily Operations

Make fleet connectivity easier to manage.

Align the technical design with the people responsible for installing, supporting, and using it.

Plan the deployment

Review fleet size, vehicle types, service areas, critical applications, and installation requirements before selecting equipment.

Build visibility

Use BlueVIEW™ for supported device status, usage, location information, and notifications. Available visibility depends on the deployed services.

Support the fleet

Reach IP Access’s U.S.-based Network Operations Center 24/7/365 for troubleshooting and operational support.

Common Questions

Planning your fleet network

Does every vehicle need a satellite terminal?

The best configuration depends on where each vehicle operates and which applications it supports. Some vehicles may use multi-carrier cellular, while remote-response or command vehicles may benefit from a satellite layer.

Can we use connectivity while the vehicle is moving?

Yes, with a configuration designed for mobility. Cellular gateways and eligible satellite terminals can support in-motion use. IP Access helps select compatible equipment, mounting, and service plans for the deployment.

Can this work with our existing radios and applications?

We review your current systems during planning. Compatible IP applications and radio interoperability equipment can be integrated into the vehicle network, with the required gateways, security settings, and application configuration.

What should we bring to an initial fleet discussion?

Share your vehicle count and types, operating areas, priority applications, existing equipment, and deployment timeline. Photos of the vehicle roof and equipment space also help guide installation planning.

Let’s Plan Your Fleet

Build connectivity around the way your teams work.

Whether you are equipping a few response vehicles or standardizing a larger fleet, IP Access can help define the right mix of networks, hardware, and managed support.
