In the MACC911 field test, IP Access served as technology consultant and integrator, providing the cellular-and-Starlink IP Bubble surrounding the vehicle, installation and field services, and assistance with LMR integration.

During testing, networks were brought down sequentially until only Starlink remained, and the live radio call did not drop.

These findings describe a tested configuration. Coverage and performance depend on equipment, installation, environment, and available network conditions.
