Common Questions
What agencies often want to know.
Is IP Access an awarded vendor under ITT84?
Yes. IP Access International’s award is for Massachusetts Statewide
Contract ITT84, Category 3: Satellite Data Services, covering fiscal
years 2027–2032. Request the award documentation and review current
state contract records for effective dates and purchasing details.
Can we purchase connectivity, equipment, and installation together?
IP Access can scope a complete solution covering connectivity,
equipment, integration, and installation. Each quoted item and
service is confirmed against the current Category 3 award and catalog.
Can you work with equipment our agency already owns?
We can evaluate existing equipment to determine compatibility,
service eligibility, integration requirements, and any changes
needed. Share model numbers, current service arrangements, and
deployment details when requesting a review.
Can you support vehicle connectivity projects?
Yes. IP Access designs and installs communications packages for
agency vehicles and can coordinate the connectivity portion of
a vehicle project. Our scope includes communications equipment,
integration, installation, and support.
How does SuperGIG™ fit into an agency’s connectivity solution?
SuperGIG™ is IP Access’s managed blended connectivity platform.
It can integrate selected LEO satellite connectivity with available
LTE/5G networks and SD-WAN technologies. The configuration is
selected around the agency’s coverage, applications, and
operational requirements.
Can connected vehicles support our existing radio communications?
Supported IP integrations can help extend existing radio
communications through a connected vehicle. IP Access can assess
your radio environment, connectivity requirements, and integration
needs to determine an appropriate approach.
Do we need a separate bid or multiple quotes?
Your procurement team should follow the current ITT84 Contract User
Guide and your organization’s purchasing rules. Quote requirements,
approvals, and ordering procedures should be confirmed for your
specific purchase.
Who provides support after deployment?
IP Access’s U.S.-based Network Operations Center provides 24/7/365
monitoring and technical support for managed connectivity services.
Your quote and service terms identify the support included in
your solution.
