RedPHONE Standard:

- 5-digit dialing – extension to extension
- Browsable directory – lists agencies/extensions and online/offline status
- Functionality not dependent upon the availability of the PSTN or global internet
- Internal dialing to/from other RedPHONEs only
- First extension at no charge to all qualified public safety agencies using IPA VSAT Network
RedPHONE Enhanced:
- Off-the-grid agency to agency voice service
- 5-digit dialing – extension to extension
- Browsable directory – lists agencies/extensions and online/offline status
- Functionality not dependent upon the availability of the PSTN or global internet
- External calling to outside lines with direct dialing ( caller ID shows shared 10-digit phone number)
- External calling from outside lines by dialing into a shared phone number and entering the 5-digit extension when prompted
RedPHONE Voice Solution – Enhanced DID:
- Off-the-grid agency to agency voice service
- 5-digit dialing – extension to extension
- Browsable directory – lists agencies/extensions and online/offline status
- Functionality not dependent upon the availability of the PSTN or global internet
- External calling to outside lines with direct dialing (caller ID shows unique 10-digit DID)
- External calling from outside lines by dialing unique 10-digit DID, rings directly to the phone
